After missing the first half of the season to injury, Clarke finished strong, running up a 15-3 record on his way to winning his 2nd consecutive District Title, just the 2nd Patriot since 2001 to win back-to-back District Championships.

Avery Clarke held his seed and won his 2nd District Title, while Hector Santiago came from the #2 and Antonio Martinez came from the #3 to give the Patriots three District Champs. It is just the 2nd time in 15 seasons the Patriots crowned multiple champs. For Clarke, he becomes the program's 8th 2-time Champion.

Down Low (106-132): The Patriots return some experience down low in the form of double digit winners from last season, senior Hector Santiago, and sophomore Michael Borromeo. The group also gets a lift with the return of Mason Dalessandro, who returns to the team after showing after a promising freshman season in 2017. The Patriots have a trio of juniors looking to make an impact in the lineup after getting a little varsity experience in last year in Raul Loredo, Jack Carle, and Ryan Bonito, and also have some promising freshmen looking to step in including Liam Flanigan, Jaden Bulkley, and James Wortman.

In The Middle (138-160): Several new starters are looking to step forward here for the Patriots, and the team will look to the talented Avery Clarke to provide leadership. Clarke comes off a 30-win 2019 in which he punched a ticket to Atlantic City by placing 3rd in the Region. 

Up Top (170-Hwt): Three solid starters return for the Patriots up top, led by senior Jarrid Markowitz, a 17-match winner who finished 2nd at Districts. Senior Sean Fallon and junior Antonio Martinez were both a win away from advancing to the Regions last season, and are working hard to push themselves to the next level in 2020.

There's a good mix of seniors, experience, and promising youth in the room. There are a lot of wrestlers here that showed good improvement as the season rolled on last year, and are continuing to work hard to take another step forward this year. The upper half of the lineup has some potential to be pretty strong for the team, and there's a nice mixture of experience and young guys with a lot of potential in the lower half. A strong schedule throughout the season should pay off late in the year as they have a lot of guys that have put the work in to make strong post-season runs this year.
